Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs! Spent $150 au and had completely different items arrive than what I purchased. PayPal offered a refund after I return the items but given I imported to Aus.. it’s not worth the return postage.
I tried to email them and all emails went unanswered. Just wished I read the reviews beforehand! Absolute scammers

This company is terrible!

This company is terrible!! Products are way overpriced for the quality. I could get a nicer jacket at Walmart. Do not expect to ever get a response if you have an issue either. They are quick to take your money though!!

Company is a fraud

Company is a fraud. Christmas gift never came. Customer service rings forever, no reply to customer service emails. I filed a BB complaint. Stay away!

This company is a ripoff as far as…

This company is a ripoff as far as returns go. I actually like the products I bought, but returned one item immediately for a refund. Never heard anything, contacted by email 3x, no answer. Tried phoning them any times, put on hold no one EVER answers. Finally got Paypal involved, and got my money back via them.
If you buy, beware!!

Ordered a jacket Jan 2021

Ordered a jacket Jan. 13.2021. No confirmation of any shipping. Tried several times to contact them. Phone just rings and rings and no answer on emails. Filed a dispute through PayPal. They sent an email in Feb 2021 the jacket had been shipped. It’s is March 9, 2021and no jacket. No response after several tries. This company should not be in business. Do not order from them!

I also sent a return in Dec. no response, can’t get through, now I’m out over $100. Reported to BBB and they didn’t respond to them either. I’d give them 0 stars if I could for customer service. Products are nice, though.

Terrible customer service !!!!

Terrible customer service because it is nonexistent!! I have been trying to get ahold of someone to return items from Christmas for weeks now, was on hold for 30+ minutes several times, emailed with no response. Worst place ever! Stay away from them!

They really stink! Returned a jacket and still have not got refunded
No one answers the phone or emails. Stay away from them! Find somewhere else to buy from! I mean really dtay away from them. They will rip you off!

How to contact them!!

For all those struggling to get in contact with them try their Dms on Instagram. I was unable to contact them for weeks through email and phone calls and finally decided to try Instagram. I got a response and had to keep reminding them but I just got an email about my exchange today!

They have terrible customer service

They have terrible customer service, they do not respond at all to emails or inquiries on orders. They will not answer the phone when you call customer service. I have been a good customer until now. Do not buy from them.

Returned a $130 order in November 2020…

Returned a $130 order in November 2020 and as of today 1/29/21 they have not responded to phone calls or emails. Good luck trying to get anyone on the phone. I contacted the Better Business Bureau and they were unable to reach them either. Zero customer service. Stay away and go somewhere else.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!! If I could leave zero stars I would. This company is 100% bs. I placed an order 2 weeks ago and have had no ability to check the status "due to website maintenance" which has apparently been the case for several years. It is nearly impossible to speak with customer service. I called multiple times, sent multiple emails, and multiple messages on Facebook and 99.9% of the time no one answers. The first time I finally got through to someone one week after placing my order I was lied to and got told my items have not shipped because there was a problem with my payment. My payment cleared just fine so I know that was not the case. But I was told the issue was fixed and my order would be expedited free of charge. 4 days later I finally received a tracking number and thought I was finally getting somewhere. Nope, here I am 2 weeks after placing the order and tracking still shows it has not been picked up by FedEx. So I try multiple times again to speak with customer service before finally reaching someone who lies to me and says "for some reason fedex just isn't coming by to get any orders". Then I recieve an email from another representative who tells me a different lie and claims fedex has had my package "for a while now" but she doesn't know why its not in transit. Keep in mind I have also spoke to fedex who assures me they absolutely have not received my package, so that leads me to believe a label was created just to shut me up but I probably won't have a package coming anytime soon and I'm just out over $100. They will tell you what you want to hear but they have no intention to follow through with their promises.
